Dopo aver letto Kung, l'enciclica del papa mi pare di una banalità estrema. Con poche eccezioni, ad esempio la parte in cui si parla di bene comune o quella sul rapporto fra ricerca scientifica e fede, che comunque fa acqua da tutte le parti se analizzata in ottica storica.
After reading Kung, the pope encyclical sounds trivial. With few exceptions, such as the part on the common good and the one on the relationship between scientific research and faith, which has a few weaknesses anyway, when one considers the catholic church historical record on this matter.
