Libertà di Stampa - Mark Twain

Confesso, dopo Tom Sawyer e Huckleberry Finn, molti anni fa, non avevo più letto nulla di Mark Twain. Questa piccola raccolta di articoli, dal sottotitolo "I giornalisti onesti ci sono - Soltanto costano di più", mi ha permesso di riscoprire la sua grande vena umoristica, a volte surreale, quasi da precursore di autori come Pennac e Benni, ma associata a temi tutt'altro che banali. Un piacere! I must confess, after reading Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, when I was a kid, I had not read anything else written by Mark Twain. This short set of essays, with a pretty explicit subtitle "There are honest journalists - But the cost much more", allowed me to enjoy his great humorist vein, sometimes surreal, as in contemporary writers like Pennac and Benni, but applied to very serious topics. I really enjoyed it!
